The cases filed under the Public Demand Recovery Act, 1913 are handled for collection of government dues.


Citizen Service

1. Ensuring justice.

3. By serving timely and regular court, servicemen are prevented from wasting time.

Duties

1. Government money collection

2. Handling of cases, including General Certificate suits and other claims.

3. Monthly report of the General Certificate Case is sent along with the Divisional Commissioner Mahodaya, Rajshahi Division, Rajshahi on the 5th of the month.

4. Monthly reports of RDDB cases are sent along with the Divisional Commissioner, Rajshahi Division, Rajshahi on the 5th of the month.

5. General certificate cases are digested daily.
